Original description:
The refference photo was made by a famous polish reporter - Ryszard Kapuscinski who was a corespondent in Africa.

I used 2B and 6B pencils; paper size: A3
I worked on it about 10 hours and I'm quite happy with the effect; actually it's one of first portraits I drew - now I'm going to practise more with portrait drawing because I really enjoy it. I'll show you the effects soon...
Unfortunatelly I couldn't put well the two scanned pieces together. The drawing looks better in original.
