the mind can tell us lies as you can see in this example.a lot of times i hear young people complain that their tired and the first thing i ask them is "how much sleep did you get last night and they say,about seven or eight hours".well ,you know your not tired if you get all that sleep.you just THINK you are.they then say i'm full of crap.if i'm full of crap explain this:i go to bed usually 12:30am baby gets me up at 2:30 and i'm up til' 5:30am,go to work (auto tech)7:30-5:30pm.draw til' 12:30am and i'm thirty five years old and run a mile a night .i surf sat. and sun. for about three hours year round.I DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING TIRED.GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND DO SOMETHING!i promise it will make you feel better and have more energy.don't listen to your mind when it tells you your tired.it will lie.(excluding people with physical or mental challenges of course) .
